Earth Day is an annual event on April 22 to demonstrate support for environmental protection. First held on April 22, 1970, it now includes a wide range of events coordinated globally by EarthDay. Today, not only is Earth Day a day meant to increase awareness of environmental problems, but it is also becoming a popular time for many communities to gather together to clean up litter, plant trees, or simply reflect on the beauty of nature. Further down the page, we’ve provided a list of activities and projects that you can do to improve your local environment! To emphasize the importance of earth in our life class II students started 3 day celebrations in school premises. Today 20/4/22 they celebrate it in a beautiful way by sung a song and take oath that they all become defenders of mother earth.

We can earn money through our hard work, but neither we can make natural things nor increase it. All these things given by nature are limited. And everyone encouraged environmental protection in their respective way. Environmental protection is a very important topic. All the natural things present on earth like wind, water, trees, plants, and all of this together make our environment. All these things together with each other balance the environment. It is our duty to protect our environment. Nature has given us air, water, trees, plants, rivers, mountains, and minerals present below the earth for our help.  In 3 days celebration classes I & II students dedicated today's day as poem recitation to elements of life Prithvi,pavak,jal &gagan and class II displayed their creative paintings with thoughtful messages to save earth, done some questioner on earth and solor system they also enjoyed song of earth day and take pledge to save earth. Earth Day Celebration 🌏 Last but not the least children celebrate Earth day with great enthusiasm and zeel. Dedicated many activities toward earth day. This year’s Earth Day theme is to 'Invest In Our Planet'. The theme will cater around building healthy cities, countries and economies. The objective of the theme is focused on accelerating solutions to combat the world’s greatest threat - climate change, and to initiate everyone to do their part. Class 2 children participated with zeal and enthusiasm in this celebration. The Earth Day song " The Earth is my home ".with actions and understanding it's meaning to save Mother Earth. The drawings and coloring of Mother Earth and writing slogans was done in the class Activity. The kids brought green vegetables and fruits in the tiffin and enjoyed in the class. The celebration continued after break with display on banner and Earth Day posters made by the students. The celebration concluded with Speech of Kids on Earth Day and Saving Mother Earth.
